I have purchased Brazilian fiat tips from Foxy fir several years and usually their extensions are exceptional quality and thicker than most of their competitors. Their range of colours is extensive and unique too meaning you can create a highlighted look which appears completely natural and look like your own hair. Their extensions have always been shiny, sleek and soft after washing, so easy to style and just worth every penny! However the last batch of extensions my fiance purchased for me were unusual on that the quality was still excellent but the extensions themselves were dreadfully thin. I would say half the thickness that I had come to expect from them. I contacted their customer services who were very attentive and polite, explaining in detail, how extensions were made up to 25g and assured me my experience would not be repeated, I just had a rogue batch I think. But in a good faith gesture they have given me £20 discount off my next order! My fiance was certainly very happy lol and this shows how professional and friendly Foxy truly are for an extension company. They always endeavour to answer every query you have in a prompt manner and are never rude or condescending. They treat their customers with respect. I would love to give Foxy 5 stars but due to this individual incident I feel I can't. However it was a one off incident. The quality of their flat topen extensions are the best online, truly their customer service is first class also. Unlike other companies, who treat you poorly if you have a question or complaint Foxy bend over backwards to listen and assist you. I highly recommend them to any lady considering pre bonded flat tips. The quality is AMAZING! !😍 You need only 160/170 strands for a glamorous full head imo, this is due to the thickness of their product especially in my experience, the light blonde colour which is always thick. I have ordered from Foxy Hair Extensions for years and will continue to do so, imo they are the most professional company I have come across and have the superior extensions. One rogue batch is not their fault, my orders go back two years and ALWAYS my extensions have been luxuriously soft, thick, and effortless to style. If you have any queries they are always happy to help. They colour match your hair for you if you are unsure what shade you require. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!

Honestly the best hair quality, you get what you pay for!

I purchased the 22 inch remy tape in extensions about 2 months ago. The hair is extremely dry despite tons of intensive conditioner and serum. It gets matted several times a day and the hair doesn't look shiny or healthy. I haven't used straighteners once since I've had the hair, so it's not in bad condition because of that. I have to say I'm disappointed in the quality of these extensions, unfortunately.

First time using this brand, was a complete gamble and had no colour ring. The colour they recommended was spot on and I have since used this on my clients. The hair is thick, glossy and not too bulky at the weft. I will absolutely be using again!

When I got my tape in extensions they felt lovely and soft, I had them in a couple of days and even either correct aftercare foxy’s own range of aftercare the hair felt dry and damaged it look like a very bad wig. I had to take them out after 3 week sorely disappointed and a waste of money. Will not buy again.
