Fantastic service, due to Covid-19 lockdown I contacted Foxy via their online chat. Simon was so helpful, sending me links and also helping me over the phone with my query re what my requirements were. He could not have been more helpful and not at all pushy as he just listened to what my requirements were and just helped me decided what I wanted so the decision was mine, but his knowledge and help was so valuable, with out it I would not have ended up with the fabulous clip in extensions which is more than what I would have wished for. Big thank you for all your help.

I normally get my extention from easilock, And I tell you something..... I will never buy from that company again after getting from Foxy ...Best company I have ever dealt with so so sooo helpful, Simon matched my colour via email, gave me a call and let me purchase the item over the phone as it is not an online purchase due to the shops being closed. The quality is UNREAL!! Super thick and full. They had to dig out an old batch for me as my colour was sold out and gave me a discount as I got an old revision of the extentions... U will not regret your purchase. I have purchased all of their hair brushes and each of their hair care products to test out, waiting for them to come now... eeep... such a lovely company.
