Always great experience in store but recently used email for communications on advice for caring for my hair during lock down and it was excellent, clear, prompt and friendly. Ordered what I needed online and the process was quick and simple.

Brilliant service - always receive order very quickly. Hair is good quality too and lasts a good few months in my experience. I would recommend to anyone wanting decent quality extensions for the price.

Fast and very efficient, really impressed with the service! The hair was beautiful, so soft, thick and shiny, I originally baught it on a gamble as my normal site had run out of the length and colour I needed, was blown away by the quality and thickness of foxy hair and I now intend to replace my old existing extensions with foxy hair, I will never go back, customer for life!

I used Foxy hair extensions as my usual supplier has closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I received my hair the next day, it was excellent quality and true to colour. I bought 4 60g packs, I only needed 3 of those. I will be using Foxy for all future extensions. Thank you!
