Great items, good delivery time. Packaging OK. top was a bit crumpled and appeared to be just shoved straight into outer package without any other protective packaging, but although it could have been packaged nicer, it didn't affect the item.

I ordered 2 kids snowboards then realised 2 days later that I also needed bindings so I called customer service who told me the boards hadn’t been sent yet so if I ordered the bindings straight away, they would be sent together and I would be refunded the 2nd £15 delivery charge. Unfortunately the bindings have arrived but not the boards so I guess they got sent separately and I have to pay for both deliveries. The boards have been in Lyon for at least a week now.

Bought some boots in store and then ordered a board a few weeks later online. Really helpful and friendly. Good advice and shipped the board to me in the channel islands no problem. Will be back next time I need some upgrades.
