Fast service and free stickers

This my first purchase from Sputnik.No problems on ordering online.Was kept informed on my order And was delivered very quickly.

Bought products 2 times with them, both sent very quickly and received the day after. In one occasion the item was the wrong colour, phone them up, they apologies, sent me the right colour the day after even if I didn't send the other one back before.

Ordered some small binding parts, got it fast and smooth. Great customer service

I think people take for granted, fast delivery, brand new in the wrapper clothing etc. It's not until you have 2 or 3 bad experiences that you actually appreciate stumbling on a company that ticks all the right boxes. I've shopped with a couple of TERRIBLE snowboarding shops recently so I'm in total awe of stumbling across this great shop. Keep up the good work!!!!

First time i've bought anything with Sputnik and i'd have no reservations about buying with them again. I'm living out in Italy at the moment in a less accessible part of the country too. Delivery took less than a week, and the snowboard boots i ordered fit perfectly. Cheers Sputnik!
