bought heated socks with no obvious prompt they need a power pack and then went to buy power pack but website kept kicking me out saying there was a problem with my details, which is odd as I know who i am and where i live and that hasn't changed since I was last on the site. so I went elsewhere, entered the same details with no problem and paid 16 quid less.
