Bought flights after a skyscanner search. TBH id never heard of this OTA and ive been using OTAs for 8 years now. Anyways..i gave them a go. Found flights..cost had increased. Phoned and i got the tickets at the lower price. Payment link was sent and i got ticketed in around 15 mins which was pretty good. However and low and behold the fare bucket i got was not eligable for my FF program miles and points so im really damn well annoyed. I wont be using this OTA again and i wouldnt recommend to frequent flyers. I waa told that i would get the benefits but it seems the fare code was some discounted agency code Overall im not impressed. If however you seldom fly and arent bothered about FF benefits and this OTA comes up cheapest then you can book with confidence .

IF YOU ARE SCARED, PLEASE DO NOT BE WORRIED ANYMORE. First, I was scared as I was not familiar with the website. So as a normal buyer, I checked online if they are legit and made sure that I won’t be scammed. And I should have believed all genuine 5 star reviews here. Second, the promotion is so true, they can really offer the best and cheapest flights. Thirdly, The live chat is very useful. Mr. Nick Jones helped me all thru the way. Many thanks to this person, transaction was done with a lot of ease. He asked for my email/phone number, messaged me on my email & also called me, assured me that everything will be secured. Sure enough, I didn’t have to give my bank details over the phone. instead , he sent an email to me where i can confirm all passnger details.. then the link has taken me to their website to enter my card details which is very secured. Saving card details for future use is optional. What else can I say? Please have no more doubts. I cannot recommend them enough! I have saved almost £3,500 for my family airline tickets, and also he managed to get a better airline for us. God bless everyone!

Great service

I saved lots of money booking through this travel agency. I was looking at a transatlantic flight which was quite expensive. I was quoted a good price and was initially very skeptical, so I left the website halfway through the process. Nick gave me a call and pitched me on finishing up the process. He also switched the date and added checked luggage. I have verified with the airline that the ticket is real and all is in order. I have no idea how they got that price, but I will definitely be calling this travel agency first when I need to book flights in the future. Amazing!

Nick Johnson helped me with my reservation for a last minute flight and it took about 2 hours to get the confirmation but they have consistently been in contact throughout the whole process and made the situation easier! The prices going from london to the states was crazy expensive but through the help and effort of the team, it was cheaper, they threw extra little gifts in there and I am excited to go on my trip! I am definitely going to use the company in the future as they are so kind & so nice!

After my partner recommended the company and Nick, I called them up for a price which turned out better than online prices. Nick was very helpful and the tickets arrived the same day of booking and payment. They even threw in a gift for my first time using them.

I was a bit leery of booking with FlightsTravel given I had not heard of them and their prices seemed suspiciously lower than rivals', but I gave it a go. In my view they are entirely legitimate and offer excellent value for money, but through what seems to be an odd business model. As far as I can tell, Flights Travel is a front company for brightsun.co.in (their contact information was on the flight booking). Rather than only booking a direct point-to-point flight from London to Washington DC (which I wanted) they had also booked legs from Pensicola to Miami and then Miami to London. I can only guess that this is somehow (?!) cheaper than the one direct flight alone, which is how they can offer a lower price. The result is also that you do not receive a receipt or booking confirmation immediately but only a couple of days later after a bit of chasing and some phone calls (which initially deepened my doubts). Clearly they operate rather strangely, but the booking(s!) were definitely made with British Airways (I confirmed on their website), and at a highly competitive price. So, I think everyone should be able to use them with confidence, albeit knowing that their business model is rather unusual.
