I booked my flight to Montreal through Flightstravel because it was way cheaper than any other option. That was obviously the most important consideration but the service was super-good on top of that. I dealt with Nick Johnson who is absolutely delightful. I don't know how Flightstravel get the cheapest deals but they are always worth checking out.

Booked trans-Atlantic flights for work through FlightsTravel as they offered by far the most competitive price. It turned out that the price they quoted was no longer available and so they called to ask me to pay an additional amount to book the same flight. Nick Johnson was very helpful in working to resolve this and was incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with. Ultimately FlightsTravel were able to book me onto the original flight at the original price, so I am a happy customer. Just be aware that the price quoted may not be the final price as they are an intermediary.
