A very up and down experience, ending with an email to someone else asking for my rating. Would I use them again? Maybe. Price was good but attention to detail was hit and miss.

Josh was very helpful and his service was great. He looked for alternative ways to meet my needs and requirements. Although I have not purchased any lease vehicles yet, Josh gave me a good impression.

This was my first time leasing a car and for someone not really 'in the know' about cars, any doubts soon disappeared the minute I started talking to Inese. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. She was completely dedicated to finding a car right for me and was on hand to offer advice and answer any questions I had - and believe me, I had quite a few. I felt so comfortable talking to her and she helped me every step of the way. My new car arrived a week ago today - I cannot thank her enough. Hello, this is the 1st time I have leased a car and I have to say from start to finish, I could not be happier with the service I have received from Inese Buzina at Just Drive Leasing. I was literally sold from the 1st call as she was so professional and explained the leasing process in a way that I could understand very easily. It was lovely talking to someone who was genuinely excited for me to be getting my 1st brand new car and she was available to answer any questions and guide me throughout the process from ordering the car right up until delivery (4 weeks later). She would literally respond to any queries I had within 10 minutes and can honestly say I would not consider going anywhere else for my next car. Getting my first leased car was a dream with Just Drive Leasing! From the very first call, I was assigned to a professional team member (Inese Buzina) who explained me the process of leasing and how it all worked. I already had a car in mind but she made sure to give me a few comparison options to my preferences and needs just so I have a few options to choose from. Once I made my decision on the vehicle, Inese sorted out all of the documentation in no time and the rest was the waiting (3 weeks) for my brand new car. Inese kept me closely informed and updated during the 3 week period which was a great assurance and a piece of mind for myself. Over all, very professional experience and well informed staff. 5* is an understatement!

I found just drive leasing during the height of the second COVID wave. Was concerned about travelling into work via public transport which prompted me to search for competitive leasing options where I stumbled across Just Drive. Initially, I was apprehensive as I had never heard of the company I was about to commit 1000s of pounds to however, Inese put me to ease. She was great at communicating and made the process as simple as possible. Committing to a car contract without seeing the vehicle would usually be a difficult decision. However I was given sufficient information by Inese to make that decision and ended up getting a fantastic deal. Couldn’t be more happier with my car now. Have recommended just drive and Inese to all my friends and family.

I always dealt with Just Drive when it was Whitewater and the chap at the time was first rate (Joe). He left and things just went downhill. The Ben Healey arrived and he is excellent. He is efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will now be happy to lease future cars through him and actually look forward to it!
