Just recieved my new car from Just Drive Leasing.From start to finish the Sales Manager Ben Healy could not be more helpfull..his attention to detail is second to none and he made the whole process so easy..even when I had trouble filling out forms on my e mail I just contacted him and he directed me through it..without his help I would still be trying to fill them out. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone who is looking for a lease car.

Excellent from start to finish. It only took just over 2 hours from my initial enquiry to having the deal completed. I was continuously updated and the car was delivered on the dot. The best customer service experience by far. Would definitely recommend.

Had been looking around for decent deals on a BMW 5 series for a while. All the best deals were on existing stock with very limited numbers and by the time companies got back to me, stock had gone or was in an unsuitable colour. Just Drive kept coming up as the cheapest (by a fair margin) on a couple of comparison websites. This usually signifies a catch somwhere such as silly excess mileage rates etc. Pete at Just Drive was excellent with the communication, providing all the info requested within minutes. Delivery from the factory in Germany was stated as 16 weeks but was earlier than expected despite lockdowns in both Germany and the UK.

A very efficient, customer friendly service! Ben (our account manager) was truly excellent at answering all of our queries and worked tirelessly to ensure every part of the transaction went smoothly and according to plan despite all of the obvious Covid related issues that you might think would get in the way. The car itself turned up on time as promised with just 1 mile on the clock as it had been on the back of a single car transporter. At this stage, I can highly recommend using True Drive if you are looking at saving some money by leasing a car instead of the more common PCP/hire purchase route.
