Generally ok but for the price it wasn't deburred properly . You could cut yourself if delivering mail . Poor finishing bit still a nice design . Just needs finished properly

Easy ordering. Excellent communication. Fast shipping. Well packaged. However, the left vertical seam on the letter box popped open near both screw holes when installing. Yes the brick wall was slightly uneven but the box was only hand screwed into position. I would expect more robust construction - and possibly washers to go between the screw hole and the wall as part of the mounting kit.

I am very impressed with the overall quality of the product . If I was being "picky" then I would suggest the position of the top two holes inside the box should be slightly lower(approx 40 mm) to help screwing the box to the wall. At present the bar running accross is in the way if using a power drill. This is a minor design fault in my eyes and no way detracts from the quality .

Took a while to come a couple of weeks. The box was very good quality but the template inside the box did not match the fixing holes which were too close to the sides for easy fixing. The fixing holes were just behind the door opening which made it difficult to screw in square, frustrating.

Key cabinet arrived in good time. Instructions for entering key code etc straight forward, if followed carefully.

The key cabinet is fine except on the front of the door is a Rottner Security Logo and strap line - we don't need this and neither was a logo shown on the product when we were buying online. A bit underhand.

Nil Customer Service Response - Laptop safe ordered an arrived a day later than advertised. When safe unboxed the keys did not fir the lock to open the door Called Rottner twice and left a message, nil reply. Facebook message sent and even showing as seen by them, but still absolutely nil response. Would not recommend these guys for anyone looking to purchase as they don't respond to problems. *Update 20/08/2019* Response below is not accurate - you did not respond as you state. The item went back to you and you then failed to send the promised replacement, when that became evident (through having to chase you) we cancelled the order. Refund as well had to be chased. Hopeless, utterly hopeless. Nice new safe arrived from other supplier, with the right keys, when promised - so Rottner it CAN be done!!!

Product is good. No batteries delivered. Delivery person left the safe outside my house (there were two steps to get inside). It was an 80kg safe, which I had to then call neighbors to assist me to carry it inside my house ASAP as there is no packaging so the whole street could see I just had a safe delivered to my house.

The safe we ordered was delivered quickly & smoothly. It's well made and is just what we wanted. Personally I think it should come in a plain brown box rather than one with a full colour picture which effectively advertises that you've just bought a safe! For a security focused company, that seems a bit strange. Probably should also deduct half a star for there being no real instructions on fitting but that's perhaps being a bit picky. I cannot fault the service & the quality that Rottner provided. Overall, very pleased with the purchase & would certainly recommend Rottner.

The first Furnituresafe had a fault, buty service was excellent in resolving it , if not for this slight problem I would have given them 5 stars. They give a good service and I am sure that you would find them to be excellent.

Item OK, but slight paint damage so maybe it was not properly packed. It does the job however which was my purpose in purchasing.
