United Kingdom | 28 September 2017The website description of the safe I ordered was slightly confusing, the same model having the options of key entry or electronic keypad entry. I opted for the keypad entry safe, only to discover it was about £130 more. However I still felt the safe was good value & proceeded. They then sent the wrong safe, but corrected their error fairly promptly & without any issues. Happy with the product
