Very confusing, misleading and not transparent subscription service. It'd difficult to find out what plan you are on and/or to cancel. I will not be using Planday and I will be cancelling my account.

Forfærdelig kundeservice. Deres telefonlinje kan man ikke stole på. De tager dig ikke seriøst, du kommer til at vente meget længe på svar, har selv måtte ringe/skrive for at minde om at jeg mangler hjælp og svar. Det har snart taget dem 3 måneder, at give mig et endeligt svar. Vil aldrig anbefale at være kunde hos Planday.

Voldsom advarsel mod at kontakte eller overveje planday. Da vi stod og skulle bruge en afløser for vores nuværende vagtsystem, kiggede vi på planday. Vi prøvede at hente deres gratis demoversion. Men det viste sig meget hurtigt at systemet var alt for dårligt og alt for dyrt i forhold til lignende produkter. Vi valgte derfor hurtigt produktet fra. Men dette acceptere Planday åbenbart ikke. Vi er nu blevet kontaktet 4 gange for at lokke os til at benytte deres løsning. Firmaet acceptere under ingen omstændigheder et nej tak. Vi har nu valgt at politianmelde Planday for chikane. Så vores advarsel er ALDRIG NOGENSINDE at kontakte Planday.

i have been very happy with playday. so much so my business colleague has just asked me if I can pass on the company link, my question is there an introductory offer for your long term customer.

Non of the features are applicable for small businesses under 20 employees. We bought this and DataLøn to be able to save time and money manually moving hour and salery between systems - only to find out AFTER that Planday does not allow open API for businesses under 20 employees to have that feature. Their sales team did however provide a solution to pay 900 DKK pr month to add the feature..... I would not recommend this system if you are a small business looking for a smooth solution. this is for medium to big companies.

Creepy. Zero benefit from this app - other than a growing awareness of how inept my employer is. Planday wants access to your contacts, GPS, lol "no", contents of SD card "no", FULL network access, other apps, Advertising ID what the hell? and the icing on the cake - IT RARELY ACTUALLY WORKS. Buy a burner phone if you "have" to use this, just never connect it to anything you want private. Creepier. Still not answering why their app wants access to my pictures? "Planday would like additional information to "track down my account". Honestly, with the permissions this app requires... I'm going to need to see a DBS check first... I suspect Planday would fail that and they haven't offered any. Replying to planday - so, it takes over a year for you to respond to feedback, at which point you ask for more personal information? You don't figure out we're not on 1st name terms - so you respond disrespectfully and in a creepily over-familiar form. Think your response says more about your company than I could. Please be more careful with your medication in future.

Amatør firma De fakturerede mig forkert og har nu i 3 måneder ikke kunne løse problemet. Jeg får en forkert faktura konstant og når jeg kontakter deres support får jeg at vide, at jeg ikke skal betale fakturaen og at de vil løse problemet med det samme. Dog modtager konstant rykkere med besked om at de vil lukke min konto. Deres sælger, som fik mig sat op og ind hos Planday reagerer ikke på mine mails. Det virker som om at deres support svarer med Google Translate tekst. Der e et tydeligt billede af, at de ikke kommunikere indbyrdes i deres afdelinger. Min anbefaling er, at man bør finde et andet system!
