Quick answer when you want subscribe and no answer for set up the service. When you want stop no feedback but keep sending invoices. Bad faith of customer service. Run away....

De seneste par år synes jeg at Planday er ALT for ustabilt. Egentlig har jeg været OK tilfreds med det tidligere, men det er bare ikke en stabil platform længere. Som leder i en servicevirksomhed bruger jeg utallige timer om ugen på Planday og det er simpelthen for ofte at Planday er nede - eller features er nede. Jeg synes både app og browser (omend jeg bruger edge eller Chrome) fejler ofte. Det er problematisk at man til tider er nødsaget til at vente 15-30 min før at programmet kører stabilt, når man skal stå og dække en sygemelding eller ligende - specielt når det er på daglig basis at Planday fejler! Senest i dag gik der 20 min hvor jeg ikke kunne sende SMS'er ud til mine medarbejdere. I går skulle jeg revidere en vagtplan og det tog mig ualmindeligt lang tid at oprette og tildele vagter.

Det var et veldig bra system. Nå er det veldig mye som logger med Planday og det er på tide å finne seg et annet system. Oppdateringer har dessverre ødelagt veldig mye av det gode systemet de hadde. Vi har brukt systemet siden 2014 i 5 bedrifter og 5 år ser ut til å holde. XXL eller Gastroplanner som det nå heter, virker foreløpig veldig bra og kan være en god arvtager.

Worked reasonably well when first rolled-out. Immediately after we bought into the application the company was bought. Now things that did work don't. Constant problems with reporting. An absolutely useless helpdesk with up to 8 hours (during normal UK working time) for anyone to even read the message, let alone respond. It genuinely feels like the technical team don't know what they are doing. I wish my company had bought almost anything else.

Planday er blevet langsom og ofte ubrugelig på iphone. Dårlig kundeservice efter den er blevet solgt. Synd for et ellers godt system.

Vi har været kunde hos Planday i mange år. Systemet er blevet langsomt og ustabilt og dette har vi informeret Planday om mange gange. Men der er ikke blevet taget hånd om det. Vi er ikke tilfreds mere desværre !

The webinterface is horrible, not even responsive. Does not allow the user to change their own password. UX is really questionable. Mobile app looks basic, but decent. Functionality is very limited. Asks for permission to access pictures & data on phone, when it should just show me my payslip? And somehow that does not even work. Needs a lot of improvement in this state. Often mixes up the calendar and displays weekdays from monday to monday aligned with shift plan from sunday to sunday.

App til Android crasher alt for ofte og er umådelig langsom 👎 Tilmed mangler der et simpelt søgesystem, så man kan finde ældre beskeder uden at skulle bruge en halv dag på at scrolle igennem dem.

Super træt af af den dårlige app på IPhone... Er så træt af at min arbejdsgiver skiftede fra Quinyx til PlanDay... jeg oplever ofte fejl på appen

Nu må det simpelthen være nok! Jeg har modtaget -jeg ved ikke hvor mange- fakturaer og reminders fra jer, selvom vi har en aftale om pause i abonnementet. Jeg har allerede, i flere omgange talt med jer OG sendt mail hvor jeg beder jer om at stoppe, i svarer ja, selvfølgelig - men så bliver i ved! Det stopper her. Jeg kræver mine penge tilbage og at i holder op med at spamme min mail med rykker som jeg ikke skal have! Jeg ønsker ikke at bruge mere tid på dette nu. SLUT!

Started working for a company who uses Planday and not even one day in, it doesn't work. Having logged in, my planday page reports an error over and over again. Later on, trying to log in again, the password doesn't even work this time. After multiple attempts, I ask for a new password, which planday informs me will be send to my mail immediately, but I don't receive any mail from them. Considering how dependent you as a worker are, that planday works in order to take shifts and make money, it seems like a very unprofessionally run service. I can only wonder whether I will be waiting all weekend or more to be granted access again. Don't use planday!

Vi har brugt Planday i godt og vel 4 år, og det er en generelt god platform. Deres kundeservice er blevet en markant bedre. Det kan jeg klart anbefale.

I try to stop the service since more than 6 month, I send lot of e mail to the support, the answer is always same " I transfer your e mail" and no answer. Since this time Planday send me invoices every month. Impossible to stop it? Customer Service very bad for this. Quick answer when you want subscribe and no answer when you want stop. I advise to never subscribe to this service

Good graphics, and the logic is easy to follow. For a smaller cost the system is very versatile. Their support and introduction is very good. When first contacted they quickly offered a free trial and made themselves available for questions.
