We love the staff in the York store, they go above what you'd expect every time. Always cheery and looking for ways to make your experience better. As a DIY customer, can't recommend this place enough. My dad's always singing their praises as we drive away :D

EASE OF WEBSITE AND TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased on line saying it was in stock , called the nearest branch to add an item and they said they have no stock and no date for stock so don’t bother , the member of staff told me that’s how they do it , shocking !!!

We wanted a garden room so contacted Eurocell. Their representative Robin Iles came to us within a few days. He was amazing - helping with design/options etc. The delivery of all components was on time and construction complete in 2 (very long) days. All very straightforward.

After 5 days we don't know when our order will arrive

Ordered online but not longer after ordering I was contacted by phone from my nearest branch (Stoke) and given an estimated delivery date. On the delivery day I was phoned again and told when to expect the driver. Super service even though the driver was a Port Vale supporter! COYP!

Terrible experience. Ordered 3 items from two different branches due to one not being available at the Brierley hill branch. Received communication from Brierley hill branch to inform the two items are ready to collect. When arrived, the two items were not in stock?? and the item that was shown not to be in stick was available?? Still waiting on refund. Had to give one star as no stars was not an option. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.

No problems with my order. Staff very helpful. Member of staff cut my order for me. ( Forgot to bring my saw for transit. ) Three times i have used Eurocell never had an issue.

It is so refreshing to go to a store where you are welcomed and valued. The help and advise was very much appreciated. The prices a fraction of major DIY stores. The product quality is excellent.
