Can’t knock Eurocell for getting material as a windows and doors installation company. Always well stocked and the staff are very helpful, always a bonus to have a laugh with staff as frequent users

Phoned office to see when my delivery was coming. Ordered on 13th Feb, paid on line. Now it is 19th Feb. No contact from office. I phoned and was told "I will phone you back MATE". Still waiting. Mrs. M, *Well delivery took place today! Items missing from order. What is wrong with the staff employed today. No apology, lack of a complete order!*

I’m so pleased with my garden room and the experience I’ve had from start to finish has been amazing. Robin Iles visited me before Xmas and I was so impressed with the product and service I signed up immediately but then had to put a hold on everything due to personal reasons, Robin was so helpful in getting everything sorted for me especially as it was so close to Xmas. I was really happy to be able to contact Robin again in the new year and be able to tell him I was able to go ahead. He came and did another visit and we made some changes to the original plan and he was able to bring my project back on track and finished within my pre Xmas timeline despite me messing around with dates. He has been a pleasure to deal with, he’s always replied quickly to any of my questions and has been a great help to me when dealing with my local planning department. I’ve also had great service from Kerrie the project manager she has kept me informed all the way through and he project and also been on hand to help out when an external company delivered items and left them in a awkward spot, she had the team call on their way home from another job to make sure everything was safe at my property before starting at mine the following day. I had team Jez from EWB install the garden room, Jez and Charlie were really friendly, such hard workers and so clean and tidy and the garden room has been finished perfection. I also want to praise the guys that delivered all the parts for the construction they were really polite and thorough and made sure everything was secure and protected before they left and they stayed really upbeat despite the access not being ideal. Overall I can say anything negative about any part of the process from design to finished product.

Ordering online was a nightmare - my credit card company said you have outdated software. My app to approve payments had 9 transactions from you. I’d not clicked order 9 times. Please look into this. I don’t want to waste 45 mins of my time trying to place an order

Order some plastic quadrant on line and also some plastic edging. They phoned me shortly after to tell me it was ready and I have never been into their store before and found several other things there so bought them as well. Very impressed with their pricing, their customer service and the range of products generally and will certainly be using, and recommending them to others.

Today I have been trying to find a peice of PVC Drip Trim for my cladding, plenty of places online but trying to find it in person to collect was challenging, enter Eurocell ✅ I called ahead and asked if they had what I needed and they did. I dropped into the Liverpool store on Kingfisher Business Park to then be greeted by a smiling Paul who was hugely knowledgeable and patient with my lack of experience being a intermittent DIYer at best. Honestly it was so refrreshing to be in a store that likely for the most part serves expereienced tradespeople, and yet Paul was a pleasure for me to encounter both as a customer and a novice. Couldn't be happier with my experience, thank you Paul!
