Really good customer service. I feel the prices are high compared to other places to purchase same/similar items/brands. That’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. I would also recommend a finance option whether it’s pay XX over 4 months or 5 months to purchase your item.

Really happy with my Couture USA shopping experience. I own Gucci bags that I or my husband have bought new from department stores. I wanted to add to two styles to my collection and decided to try buying them gently used so that I could get two for less than the price of one new one from a department store. Glad I did! The purses are like new (with gentle wear as described) and they were shipped quickly. I love them! And I like that Couture USA is reputable and the authenticity of the items can be trusted.
