The bag I purchased was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast and item was well packaged (which is good because UPS beat up the box a bit. As usual). The price I paid for my Louis Vuitton was better than the other resale sites so I'm ecstatic that I "saved" money!

Bad bad bad bad do not do it. this is a scam. These people asked me for a copy of my cc front and back and my id. an online retailer receives your cc encrypted and they should NEVER see your cc number DO NOT BUY

Haven’t received item yet, so can’t provide a favorable rating. Maybe this was sent prematurely to me? Tracking has been the same since 12/27, so not sure what’s going on.

This review is an edit of my previous review. I purchased a Louis Vuitton Estrela bag from this company 3wks ago. It was advertised as the GM model. I have found out it is the MM model and I am a bit upset. The GM and MM estrela bags have different bottoms. Plus the measurements on this bag are not GM measurements. Definitely my first and last purchase from them. I’ll stick with Fashionphile.

My LV Kimball 60 was my first purchase with Couture Boutique and was impressed with the quality of used bag. This will not be my only purchase with Coouture.

I am disappointed that I did not receive a Serial Number card from Chanel. I always have received a black serial # card. Was it lost? I don’t recognize this bowler bag. Nor did I receive a purchase bag for this bag. What’s up?
