Perfect way to see one of the best parks in the world

A guy in the street ofert me a price, then in the shop he change it.....this kind of conducting it is not from a serious business

This was our second time using them after a very enjoyable experience a couple of years previous. This time was nowhere near as enjoyable with all the staff really stressed in the presence of a very stressed and angry boss. Customer service was zero and offputting to the extent we'd never use them again.

La experiencia fue inolvidable. Éramos un grupo de 20 personas entre niños y adultos, todos miembros de una misma familia. Nos atendieron rápido, muy amablemente y nos explicaron muy bien como proceder. Estuvimos una hora circulando por el parque haciendo fotos y vídeo. Agradecemos que aún no hablando nuestro idioma, hicieron todo lo posible por hacerse entender. Un equipo genial!

This was my favorite part of visiting New York City. The time went so fast I thought we ended early. It was perfect. Just enough time riding on the bikes and just enough time seeing the sights.

Hello were from Germany and weve stayed in America (NYC) for one week . We Rent the E-bikes five times one time we Head a Defekt with the bike chain but they gave us a new one. The stuff was so friendly and helpfull and if you dont know were you want to Drive, they will give you some nice ideas were you can go. My recommendation is: make a Trip around Manhattan.

Good availability of bikes, people nice, rules very clear. In my opinion a little expensive, however, good experience that hope to repeat next time in NY

Bikes are expensive for the state they are in, for that money a cell phone or map holder would be Nice, the Locks Always jam. Also a map would be great, and not the map from the whole park, Just a map with Viking direction so you can choose to ride Free or do the scenic route

We really enjoyed biking through Central Parc. Bike rent was capable and give excellent service. We come back in August and will definitely rent a bike again!

I went for the bike is good opportunity in NY which one Central Park it's from Bike Rent NYC. I was have a great energy and air fresh myself. A have great time!
