Great service! Everything was perfect. I had only three hours for visiting Central Park, so rent a bike from Bike Rent NYC was a number one choice.

It wasnice, but I think to expensive for just one hour. You need more time to ride around the whole park

I missed the bike tour and they wouldn't let me join another one. The staff were incredibly inflexible so I cannot confidently recommend them. It was low season, too. I've done a ton of other bike tours.

old bikes, too smaal, bad maintained, no brakes and gears didn't work. Disappointing experience.

Visited from the UK and wanted to cycle around Central Park. Bikes were good value and worked very well, and I was given enough time to cycle around the park twice with lots of time to spare! Lovely helpful staff as well. My favourite part of my trip, it was so worth it and a great way to see the park! I’d highly recommend doing it.

The bikes are good and the service is polite and respectful except for the games that all the bike rental companies seem to play with pricing. They will advertise a price that seems really good, but when you try to get that price, they tell you that that price is only available at their other store on such and such street, and only with a previous reservation.

We had a good experience with our bikes rental service at this place. However, the bike seats were solid and uncomfortable for riding more than one hour in the Central Park.
