The manager was totally incompetent, she was so rude that it's unbelievable to let her work. Luckily, her assistant came to give us proper guidance. He was embarrassed for her.

It was a great experience to have with my kids, the bikes where in good conditions and have options according our kids ages (3,5). They gave us additional time so it let us enjoy the park.

I enjoyed my experience with Bike Rent NYC. The personnel was trustworthy and gave us proper information about our bicycles and timing.

Would be great if there could be members of staff around the park so that if people got lost or wanting more information there would be staff able to direct you. Would also increase business opportunities for you also if people could rent throughout the park.

EXCELLENTE SERVICE

My experience with Bike Rent NYC was really good ! The price is good, and the bikes are in good conditions. I am from Chile, and the team spoke in Spanish as well, so we could understand wach other very well and fluently. I had just a few hours to visit the Central Park, so rent a bike was the best option I had !

It made a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, to have a relaxed, quiet cycle tour around Central Park. As a family of four, we easily managed two full circuits of the park in the two hours that we had the bikes. The service was fast and friendly. Just one star from perfect as the bikes could have been better quality, but they were ok. We recommend hiring bikes to any visitors, as it's a lot of fun. The park is off-limits to cars, so that made it more relaxing.

We had a great day riding around central park. The service was great and good value for money.

I couldn’t use it due to collateral issues. I was renting a bike to roam around central park and was in my gym clothes due to which wasn’t carrying my passport, driving license etc. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my debit/credit card as collateral. Surely there must be a better way out and I will leave it for you to think over.
