Handrail is made beautiful and really good quality. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of screws it wouldn't go in. The screw buckled so had to go replace the screw. Luckily we managed to purchase similar screw from the hardware place and resolved the issue.

I wanted to modify the order slightly after I'd placed it online. I was able to speak to someone immediately who was very helpful. I required a refund after changing the order and called to request this and it was processed within 5 minutes of my call and I received a personally written confirmation email straight away.
