Quick service and delivery

Order a shower door D shaped hinge only company that stocked them. 1 was ordered felt postage a little high but arrived quickly. Sadly the holes on the hinge we spaced differently so unable to fit the door. Email sent to request return answered quickly but in the meantime I had found the return note on the website. Hinge posted back to S3i and on the same day my money was refunded. Excellent despatch, communication and customer service.

s3i Group understood my needs and reacted in a positive and Customer Focused way.

Delivery was very good and website is good and easy to navigate. However one of the items delivered was incorrect. The correct item was delivered without a problem. However the incorrect item has not been collected, unfortunately I had to be out on the collection day, the item was parcelled up and labelled outside the house, where it still is.

Ordered one day came the next

After placing the order I had an email saying that the product was out of stock and it will take minimum 4 weeks to deliver
