My delivery was sent to the billing address rather than shipping address. I have sent an email to which I have had no reply. My customer luckly was understanding but still they had to wait in another day for the delivery to arrive. Which wasn't cheap and as they had put their trust in me. I felt I'd let them down before the job had started. Overall the products are brilliant and easy to fit and reduce down to correct size. Which gave the job a fantastic finish in quick installation thus saving the job.

Very fast service and great product. The quality looks excellent and really looks up to the job of training fruit trees on a wall. The design is also quite attractive and tidy. Only downsides is that it could do with saying somewhere that the stated length is the installed system (not the wire length) and the instructions need adapting for wall mounting otherwise the wires are too close to the wall. Otherwise, excellent product and service.

I bought a couple of similar a good few years ago, and have been checking chandlers ever since. I finally worked out what terms to search for, and found these - which do the job very well, at a very reasonable price. The important detail is the eye, which means that a split-ring or cord which goes through the eye cannot slip off by accident.

Product was as described and delivery was prompt. Packaging was a bit over the top though maybe that's not really a bad thing.
