Free orders are declared for customs purposes as orders with cost when they should declare 0. As a consequence the Spanish customs charges VAT and taxes as if we had paid the amount. A free product MUST declare 0 cost. Very bad management of Duke. I paid 10€ customs for something that cost me 0 €/£.

I thought I was buying a video about a classic motorcycle race including all the motorcycles involved - some of which were awesome such a Laverda - but unfortunately it was a film totally and utterly dedicated to completely useless and utterly,utterly hopeless Honda motorcycles! What a huge disappointment!

I ordered and paid for my download it was a bank holiday weekend, it sat with words saying packing for 24 hours. I complained and they said 24 hours later it was there in my downloads. no apology, no reasons. This isnt the same duke video I remember for 20+ years ago.

The surprise for my friend who'd loaned his copy of the video out and never got it back. Disappointed it took weeks to get here via Germany when I used to order direct from Duke and it was here (in Oz) in no time.
