Even when I had made a mistake on the video format, they phoned me to query the format based on my previous order's, and that it would not work in UK area or zone, and it would not be a problem to change the order to the correct area. This first-time Duke Video customer is very happy with their exceptional customer service. Duke Video is a U.K. company which has produced excellent annual reviews of the Isle of Man TT motorcycle races since 1985. I live in the U.S., and wanted to order Duke Video DVDs of several annual Isle of Man TT Reviews as a gift for a friend. I was unable to determine from the online catalog whether these DVDs were still available. So, I emailed Duke Video to ask whether these annual TT videos were available in DVD format. I also needed clarification of the processes for ordering online and paying for the orders using a US credit card. I received a prompt email from a Duke Video sales administrator, who informed me that each annual TT video that I wanted was available as a DVD. The email also advised me to order each DVD in NTSC format, to ensure compatibility with DVD players in the US. (I hadn’t known about that hardware/software incompatibility, and am very grateful for that advice.) The email also answered my queries about international ordering and payment processes. I ordered the video DVDs on Jan. 20, 2024. I was surprised that the order was large enough to qualify for free international shipment. However, the website indicated that delivery time to my location could take as long as 45 days. I was willing to wait, but the wait wasn’t nearly as long as I expected. The order was delivered to my door on Feb. 13, 2024 (only 24 days in transit). The order was complete and all DVDs arrived in excellent condition. THANK YOU, DUKE VIDEO! This was my first order, but it will NOT be my last!

I really apprciate that the order was shipped in one parcel. It saves me quite some money because the German post office adds € 6.- per parcel for handling customs procedures.

So I ordered a book from Duke video and since I live in the US, I expected to be waiting for a couple of months before receiving it. Well to my surprise it arrived in about one month and was packaged so well that it arrived in perfect condition.
