Excellent service. My jeans required extensive repairs and these were done to a very high-standard. Communications were clear and I received prompt replies to my queries. Recommend.

I visited the shop at Kings Cross having researched BLA online. The staff were friendly and helpful, never pushy - helping me choose what I wanted to meet my needs. The shop is spacious and well laid out, I decided on the jeans I wanted and the length was altered within an hour. A chore jacket caught my eye and I bought that too, I've had comments from people liking it. I'll definitely return - these folks know their stuff.

I have wanted a pair of jeans for years,that I finally got from Blackhorse Lane Ateliers.Luckily my friend introduced me to this brand.I always find it daunting choosing jeans….These ones (E10 Classic straight indigo,Italian organic denim) are very comfy with a wide leg and look and feel great on me. I sized up a bit so that I would have room in them as I wanted to wear them for everyday wear.The quality are excellent and it felt good to support a small business.I bought them in the Coal drop yard shop and the customer service was so good.They turned them up for me to suit my length on the same day I bought them.It’s such a lovely shop with really nice staff.Very happy with my jeans.

Excellent product and service.

I ordered two different pairs of jeans online. While the jeans were amazing quality, neither of the pairs fit according to the measurements provided on the website. Since I'm ordering from the US, it's prohibitively expensive to pay for return shipping. I sold the first pair secondhand at a 50% loss. Before ordering the second pair, I sent BLA an email asking about fit and measurements. They provided a picture of them measuring the waist size of jeans I want. So I ordered them thinking there is no way they can't fit. Once again, the same model jeans in the same size were a whole 2 inches bigger in the waist than expected. I will either sell these as well or have to pay an extra 50% to get them tailored.
