Great fitting jeans for a hard to fit (and please) customer!

I initially ordered the wrong size - as a result of me not correctly reading the guidance on the website. However, a quick call to David arranged a simple visit to the factory shop. David was kind enough to spend plenty of time with me to try various sizes from different runs to get the fit exactly right. And it was no trouble for them to hem them while I waited for 5 minutes. The quality of these jeans is superb, and being able to see the tailors making them and speak to David about the design and construction process employed at Blackhorse Lane only served to illustrate why this is the case. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" is certainly true with this product. Highly recommended.

Stumbled across Blackhorse Lane Ateliers looking for some denim cleaner. Service was excellent and I love the ethos of the company. Their jeans look amazing and UK made too so now I'm saving up for a pair of the E8's!

I contacted the Atelier to find out about womens' jeans and ended up booking into a master making jeans class. Wonderful! Very enthusiastic and empowering staff.

It took a couple of goes to get the right size jeans for me. David at Blackhorse Lane took the time to help me do that and was helpful and great to communicate with throughout.
