Best jeans I’ve had. And the service is amazing too - very specific and they spoke directly to me about sizing. This isn’t like some Levi’s store - they know the process and everything inside out. A special place that makes things local - and the best quality too.

Very pleased with my order due to the help of the lady at the Coaldrop shop aiding me in choosing a model suited to my taste and correct sizing for my order. Also had earlier this year ordered a stock pair for my son that I had altered by a local seamstress. The quality of the Japanese denim and jeans manufacture are of high quality and both I and son look forward to several years of regular wear.

Great service and great jeans. The first pair I ordered were slightly large, so returned for the next size down and they fit perfectly. Return was hassle free and fast. Happy to see the use of sustainable packaging.

I previously had Levi's and other high street brand jeans. These jeans by BHLA are much better. The waist band hugs so well. The material is so much sturdier and more solid. I'm very pleased with them. This is the perspective of someone who has spent the last couple of years upgrading my wardrobe from standard high street fast fashion stuff to more expensive and higher quality clothes. The BHLA jeans are the upgrade I am most satisfied with, this is including Cheaney shoes(very happy), private white coats(happy), drakes shawlcollar cardigan(very happy), Drake's oxford shirts(happy), sunspel and merz b schwanen t shirts and polos(happy).

Called into the shop at Coal Drops Yard , Kings Cross to drop off a pair of friends jeans for repair. Whilst in shop decided to try a pair on for myself. After trying on 3 or 4 different weights of jean decided on a specific style and although 31" waist fit nicely without a belt, felt that a 32 was more comfortable and allowed for future expansion ! Alex (sales advisor) was very knowledgeable and although no pressure to purchase whatsoever I was adamant taking a pair home. If your after a quality pair of jeans there's plenty of colour choice / styles available in one inch waist increments with bespoke leg length but all come at a premium price.

Excellent personal service that makes you feel like a valued customer. Reliable and free repair service contributes to this. And, of course, a high quality product that's very good value (I have a few jeans and a pair of chinos from BHL).
