I would rate the presentation, delivery , and the special family building experience to be exceptional and truly 10 stars ! The owner, Sunil Trehan, is very involved in answering questions, creating suggestions, for all clients, and especially repeat customers. Thailand recently was our second trip after our India trip 5 years ago. This trip combined with Cambodia was exceptional and culturally immersive. The special attention paid to us by our tour guides was very comforting. Rarely if a minor issue occurs, even beyond their control, they go out of their way to "overdeliver". Woody in Bagkok was one exceptional. Our favorite was the Markets tour outside Bagkok and attention Woody gave us. Angie as our tour guide in Chiang Mai was exceptionally fluent in English, engaging, and truly taught us history and culture. Our trip with her to Doi Inthanon was truly spiritual. The Bhan Chang elephant sanctuary experience that Sunil researched for us, instead of the standard elephant riding experience was truly rewarding. Phuket was very nice. We had asked to book John Grey Hong Island tour which we highly recommend. Our Dive and Snorkel charter by Dive Local Thailand guides to Phi Phi Islands was once in a lifetime memory due to personalised attention, great care, concerns over our safety given we had a young , new driver in our group. Individualized guide attention for diver and another guide for snorkelers was unique as delivered. Cambodia..Angkor Wat, simply stunning! Sunil's attention to our return flight, coordinating last night in Bangkok before flight back home took away a lot of stress. We met another family while in Thailand and recommended they try Easy Tours and ask Sunil to plan their trip to India , as that experience for us was a heritage trip combined with visiting family. I have in the last 5 years recommended friends, family, physician and attorney colleagues to Sunil. Great job on all! We continue looking forward to planning our next trip to Asia with Easy Tours. I would recommend Easy Tours of India as for their good service, high standards, quick response and comprehensive staff! Tried once, i ll do it again if I would have another visit soon, hopefully.

Out of extensive research amongst New Zealand and foreign tour companies only Easy Tours appeared to offer everything we wanted – small group, luxury hotels, tour director and guides, and a comprehensive flying/driving 22 day itinerary from North India to South India with a 3-day Nepal add-on for February 2017. We were not disappointed. The hoped for “small group” was just that; only two of us in Nepal, six of us for the time spent in Delhi, Varanasi, Agra, Ranthambore, and Jaipur; down to four for Udaipur, Mumbai and Aurangabad; and back to two of us for Cochin and Kerala Backwaters. The small numbers allowed the Tour Director and Guides to provide us with individual attention and flexibility which would not have been possible in a large group. Accommodation and food was exceptional. Easy Tours had advised us that the hotels in Nepal and Varanasi might not be quite as good as the others but they too were totally acceptable and offered everything one could want. Staff were attentive, food delicious (we ate buffet the whole way but á la carte international fare was available), everything was scrupulously clean, wi fi was a little “iffy” in places but that was not the hotels’ fault. Lunches were taken in good and surprisingly cheap restaurants recommended by the guides. Nobody in our group suffered stomach upsets. Arpita, our Guest Relations Manager, phoned several times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and our guides and drivers were professional and exceptional in every way. Raja Gautam in Nepal had the knack of showing us exactly what we needed to see in a relaxed manner, added in a couple of interesting walks, and immersed us in Nepalese history, politics, religions and life-style, so we came away with a much better understanding of this little known country. In India, our Tour Director, Hitesh Sharma, who travelled with us by plane and mini-bus, from Delhi to Mumbai and all stops in between, was fantastic. Hitesh has an encyclopaedic knowledgeable of his country and an enthusiasm to match. He is also personable and incredibly kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. He, along with local guides and our drivers, notably Deepak, did everything possible to ensure our trip was comfortable and smoothly and safely run. We will never forget the little bar of chocolate at the start of the day’s itinerary, the cough sweets for those suffering from traveller’s cough, the readily available supplies of cold drinking water, the hand sanitizer at every stop, and last but not least, the breathtaking driving expertise! In Cochin, our number reduced to two, we were royally treated by Francis (facilitator), Vinayan (a relaxed and highly knowledgeable guide), and Thilakam (driver) all of whom went out of their way to ensure our stay was informative, entertaining and individual. Aside from the anticipated tour programme, Easy Tours arranged (at a small charge) an unexpected highlight - a day tour of an Eco-Village, with lunch and a rest-room provided as our flight did not leave until late in the evening. Our driver Thilak’s great pride in this, his own village, his knowledge about tropical fauna and flora, and a visit to the village school and a local home, gave us an insight to the area which we would not otherwise have had. We cannot speak highly enough of Easy Tours, their organisational skills, the quality of their staff and the high standards they impose every step of the way. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We worked with Easy Tours in Texas to design a semi-custom tour for 9 days around the "Golden Triangle". They were very easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. But the real magic happened when Easy Tours in India took over. Chandni was very attentive and responsive to all of our questions, always emailing me within a short timeframe. Once arriving in New Delhi, we met our tour director, Abid Ali and driver, "PC". Both gentlemen were INCREDIBLE. "Ali" was friendly, very knowledgeable and took care of every detail, anticipating our needs and questions each step of the way. PC was always calm and cool while driving along the chaotic streets of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and all the way to Ranthambore. They made a great team and made the adventure that much more special. We stayed in Oberoi's throughout, except for the Imperial in Delhi. These magnificent hotels became our oasis every afternoon and evening. Great rooms, amazing food, and incredible service were hallmarks at every stop. I recommend Easy Tours, Abid Ali, and PC with all of confidence in the world. They will give you the trip of a lifetime.

The trip was well organized and the logistics impeccable which resulted in a smooth trip from start to finish. The guides were terrific (especially in Varanasi, Jaipur and Udaipur),and we loved our driver Deepak. These folks went above and beyond to make our trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. We did the 18 day history and culture trip that covered much of central India. Started at Delhi and ended at Mumbai. India is wonderful and Easy Tours made it especially enjoyable. Our guide, Hitesh Sharma, was terrific. We'll be booking through Easy Tours again.

Recently returned from a wonderful 2 week tour of India. Wasn't sure which tour company to use and spoke with many. Found Easytours online and spoke with company owner Sunil Trehan who immediately came across as honest, knowledgeable and experienced. His suggestions helped us save money without compromising the quality of our trip. Once in India, at every location our travel fascilatator was there to meet us. Our private vehicle drivers were excellent in navigating the streets of India. We had one driver for 5 days from Agra to Delhi (Bharat) who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and kept us supplied with water, sodas and chips. Our guides were uniformly excellent and very responsive to what we wanted to do and see. We stayed at a variety of hotels and without doubt found the hotel staff and excellent service at Oberon and Taj group of hotels the best we have every experienced in all our travels. Without hesitation I can recommend Easytours and will use them again when we do a South India tour.

For those with short attention spans: Easy Tours rocks. You will not go wrong letting them handle your tour needs. The longer story: We decided to visit India pretty much at the last minute, and we knew that we would need expert help in booking hotels and managing our visit. India is probably always a challenge for western tourists to visit for the first time, and our visit could have been complicated by the "demonetization" that had just a few weeks prior been established (withdrawal of all 500 and 1000 rupee notes, introduction of new 2000 rupee notes in very limited supplies). Easy Tours handled these challenges with skill and grace. Based on our preliminary desires, they suggested an itinerary, make hotel reservations, and contracted for a driver and several guides for the time we spent in India. In all respects their work was flawless, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The driver was amazing, always getting us to our destinations on time and safely. We spent a lot of time in the car with him (obviously) and he was fun and enlightening to talk with over the course of the week we had in India. The guides were without exception extremely knowledgeable about the sites and monuments we visited, and seemed to know all the right people to make our visits efficient and enjoyable. All the Easy Tours staff and contractors that we worked with were clearly concerned with our satisfaction and safety, and they went out of their way to make sure that the trip was progressing as planned. It's difficult to imagine anything that Easy Tours could have done better; their planning and execution were flawless and the price was quite reasonable, in our opinions. To repeat, we recommend Easy Tours without reservation and will almost certainly book another adventure with them in the future. This is clearly one travel company that knows what it is doing and that does it well.

Everything was perfect! From the hotels booked to the drivers and guides! The whole trip ran smoothly and everything was done to insure that we had a wonderful trip. We certainly did! Cannot offer enough praise to Easy Tours!

We traveled as a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 adult children) with Easy Tours (ET) for 10 days during December 2016. ET picked us up at our hotel in Delhi and took us to Agra and then to 3 destinations in Northern India in the state of Rajasthan. During this tour we traveled in an 11-seat van with a dedicated driver (Rajesh) and his assistant (Ramu). Both of them were so professional, personable, and excellent in every way. Rajesh was a fantastic driver! Driving in India can be a scary proposition, but we never felt nervous with Rajesh at the wheel. We had every confidence in him. I also have to praise Chandni and the crew from the Jaipur office of ET. We were in India during the currency crisis and they went out of their way to help us acquire some rupees. Also, one of us discovered that his Indian visa expired 2 days into our ET tour and he needed to deal with it right away. We were in Jaipur at the time and ET went out of their way to guide him through the process of visiting various government offices. In particular, Prashant Sain was with him every step of the way and we are forever grateful for his assistance, along with that of our guide, Rajiv. We went to 4 destinations with ET (Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur) and at every hotel we were greeted like royalty. The ET staff took care of check-in while we were plied with delicious drinks and floral leis. All of the hotels were wonderful and I'd especially like to laud the Jai Mahal Palace Hotel in Jaipur -- a great hotel! At every destination we were supplied with a local guide. All of these guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable and we learned so much from all of them. In particular, Rajiv in Jaipur was very dear to us and we had the great pleasure of spending 3 days with him and seeing amazing sights. This was the trip of a lifetime. I don't know if we'll ever make it back to India, but if we do, we'll be calling Easy Tours to book it for us!

Easy Tours is very easy to work with. They are flexible to customer needs and are able to make last minute changes even from India. What could be better: 1) Guides in India were not up to expectations. The one in Varanasi appeared dis-interested and the one in Kathmandu had more energy, but was not very knowledgeable. 2) Easy Tours should check on how the trip is going - we did not hear from them unless we called them for changes. Once contacted, they responded to facilitating the changes very well and very promptly.

My husband and I booked a trip using Easy Tours to India. We had an excellent time and honestly I can not say enough positive things about this company and our trip. All of the tour guides where very knowledgeable and were very prompt. We were able to see and do all of the things that we requested and had a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling to India!

Really wonderful experience with Easy Tours. Door to door service with very nice drivers and your guides. We were there during a bit of a monetary crisis, so we had no rupees the entire time we were there, and the guides and drivers used their own money for tips etc so that we wouldn't miss out on the experience. I would definitely book with them again, it was truly a stress free way to explore!

Easy Tours is an exceptional tour company in their attention to their clients from beginning to end. Our Easy Tours travel advisor gave me all the time i wished in discussing our proposed itinerary. The guide and driver we had were professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant to be around.
