United States | 04 July 2017Do yourself a huge favor and do not EVER buy tickets through this company. We purchased tickets to a recent U2 concert (months in advance) and they sold us invalid tickets through one of their ticket retailers. I am certain this "company" is a scam. It's been 2 weeks and we still have yet to see our "200% guaranteed" refund. When we called back to see what the hold up was on the refund, they said they haven't heard from the original seller and they would call us once they know more. If this company isn't a huge scam they have the worst customer service you could ever possibly imagine and that alone is reason not to buy through them.

United States | 20 June 2017I can tell you after seeing the negative reviews on this vendor, I was really worried about my ticket purchase. From start to finish I received excellent customer service, reassurance and on time ticket delivery. We never even saw the seats we purchased because when we arrived at the venue, we were told we had been upgraded and moved one whole section down in the arena. Even better seats!!!! I am beginning to think that only people who have negative experiences post review, so I think these guys need a good one! Yes, their phone works as erroneously reported in a Hawaii news article and they are for real!

United States | 31 May 2017I would have given zero stars if that was an option. Ordered tickets, received confirmation without row or seat assignments. Called them for info, they do not provide, must call the "supplier." They are only a broker. Their website says "Money Back Guarantee." You have to search through several pages to see that tickets are non refundable. Their service reps claim that caveat is clearly stated on their website. Their service "manger" claims he is the top of the food chain, yet he's working call center at 9:00 pm (Central) what arrogance. Shame on them. They have no desire to provide customer service. I would firmly recommend you find a different broker/or better yet, a supplier. Terrible service, rotten experience.
