Our installation for a car charger was carried out to perfection by Crystal. The engineer worked out a better route than originally planned meaning a much less intrusive cable route. He then worked tirelessly to install everything. I would highly recommend crystal for this type of work.

Right from first contact this company could not have been more helpful. Kerrith told us exactly how things would proceed and advised us what charger to purchase. They supplied the security safeguard side of things and had the equipment shipped to our address so it was all ready for the installation date. The guy who installed the charging port was very knowledgeable and talked us through the whole operation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family, completely trustworthy.

One of your engineers came out to install an Ohme electric vehicle charger for us on 03.10.2024. We have to say a great big thank you for his services. He went above and beyond, working in challenging conditions on quite a cold and windy day. He was very polite and professional and made us aware of exactly what the installation involved before he undertook any works and constantly kept us updated. We were unaware that a previous electrician had not secured a wire in place properly, which he identified and resolved in a matter of minutes to make sure the entire fuse box, surrounding boards and the new EV charging-related board were completely safe, even though this was not part of his remit. We are so very grateful to him for making us aware of this. He made sure that everything was in complete working order before leaving us. Once the job was completed he took us through a walkthrough of the Ohme charging app, explaining all the technical jargon and showed us exactly how to set up timed charges and how to use our electrical provider's tariff details to look for better charging times when the grid is greener. Overall, the installation process took a few hours but Crystal EV Services and the engineer they sent were excellent.

After recently having an EO mini pro 3 EV charger fitted by Crystal Electronics I had difficulties with charging the car and spoke to Richard from technical support. Richard provided easy to understand instructions and between us after spending considerable time and energy Richard was able to sort out the problem and fixed the EV charger remotely. I’m writing in praise of one of your operatives bob who I had the pleasure of an appointment this morning. He arrived nice and early with a smile on his face and proceeded to fix my sky Q issue. He went above and beyond and made sure he checked all my channels etc were working. He did a very thorough job. He’s left me very happy with first working TV I’ve had in a month. The installer was pleasant and replaced the broken charger with a working one. He was polite and cleared up after himself. He made sure everything was working and that I knew what to do.

Came to repair my Ohme charger, very quick to come out once reported to Ohme. The man was very professional and knew what the problem was and resolved it quickly. Very satisfied with whole process.

I don’t know why Ohme use these! Absolute joke the way our install was left! I wish I could upload pictures! Cable left exposed and on show and to make it worse we had to pay extra money for the installation! Complaint raised avoid at all costs!

**EDIT** A team were sent from the Midlands (2-3 hours away) the day after this review was posted and, to give them credit, were excellent. They were professional, left my home and garden immaculate and explained the setup clearly. **ORIGINAL** Booked an installation with Crystal? Don't bank on it! I am awaiting the highly anticipated arrival of an engineer tomorrow, after three already failed attempts to fulfil our agreed appointments. Interesting to read reviews from other 'customers' with the same experiences as me - professional standards evidently don't matter here. I have been expecting the elusive engineer on 25th July, 6th August, 7th August and Crystal are now 'hopeful' they will materialise on 8th August - I'm not getting my hopes up. My choice is limited with purchasing through Ohme, but if you have the option to AVOID this farcical carry on, I strongly recommend you do.

We had an excellent installation of our Ohme Home Pro made today by Craig from Ipswich. Punctual, talked to us about the installation, did a neat job then showed us how to use the app before he left. All done in just over 2 hours. A fine ambassador for the industry.

Crystal installed our Ohme home EV charger in under 1 week from date of purchase. The installer was prompt, friendly and professional with the whole install taking about 2 hours as it was a straightforward setup. The installer walked us through the setup and functions of the wallbox and app. EVs can be complicated to learn all the details and it was great to have someone who knows explain it in practical terms.
