I ordered a special edition Hozier vinyl and upon arrival it had looked like it was pre-opened and the tracks were skipping. This being said, I notified them and I was shipped a new vinyl the same day. It's a beautiful vinyl and sounds amazing. They handled the problem very well and fixed it in a time efficient manner.

Over a month waiting for my item and absolutely no where to be seen. I understand shipping can take this long sometimes but it’s very difficult not to get frustrated when I can’t even track my package because I checked out as a guest - not pleased !
