OH MY GOODNESS, I am not sure where to start? I do not ship in many vehicles, but when I do it has been one problem after another. On my last shipment, I went to my friend (owner of new truck) hands in the air, I AM DONE! After the FOURTH company that took my credit card information AND wasted my time by ‘ guaranteeing ‘ the pickup date, mind you paying extra for this guarantee NEVER HAPPENED….I was done! Yet, looking at my friends face, I couldn’t disappoint, so one last time, I searched online and found this fairly new company. I stressed my frustration to the agent, Marcus J., who was very sympathetic and actually listened to me and said he wanted to earn my business. Well no offense, already heard that balogne before, but something was different after the first follow up call, I could tell. LOW AND BEHOLD, this fantastic agent found me a driver that was willing to go back to Florida, pick up the truck and head out to Oregon!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! The price? Ha, better than those big companies! Delivery? Within 5 days Marcus said..truck arrived in 4. Driver? Kind and always in touch! Am I going to use them next time??? IS A HOGS REAR PORK? Absolutely 💯 I am going to use them! I cannot thank you enough Marcus! You came through!!!! Blessings!
