They missed my pickup date due to "car troubles". I didn't receive a text informing me, i had to reach out to them, even then they didn't apologize.. I had no choice but to get it set for another date. They increased the price by $280.. It seems to me they either over book or do a bait and switch technique to make more money. There is nothing worse than a business with no integrity. Please choose another company and save yourself the headache.

After dealing with 10 different car transport companies over the course of two months to transport a Can Am Trike, I was about at my breaking point ! Needless to say, finding Hyper Auto ended up being a complete blessing for me ! Their staff was professional, texts responded to promptly and their price was quite fair. Then when the driver arrived, the Trike ended up being 2 inches wider than the enclosed carrier, he promised I would not be disappointed. Within LITERAL MINUTES, he had me another driver set up and the very next morning it was picked up and on its way to its final home. I could not be happier and will use this company again!

We used them this spring to ship out motorcycle from Washington to Arizona and back. We were sent contracts for a total of $1250. A $150 deposit both ways paid to hyper auto then $475 to each driver (one there and one back). They were 2 days late picking up the bike so 2 days late dropping it off which resulted in us having to rent a car. On top of that each driver had to be paid $700. I have gotten no response on my inquiries to resolve the $450 dollar overcharge. We will never use them again.

My experience was good. My car was transported safely and delivered on time. I was assisted by Mr. Pablo Scott throughout the process. He was very supportive and helpful. The prices were fixed and there were no surprise charges after the delivery. I highly recommend Hyper Auto Transport for car transportation.

I worked with Bryan. He started off by guaranteeing the price and ship date. Both were a lie. He continued to tell me no payments were to be made until the car was delivered. As soon as the contract was signed He sent me a request for deposit payment that was not disclosed. He and his dispatcher Tim were very rude, unprofessional and degrading on the phone and through text. This platform won't allow me to share that evidence but other will, which I will be sharing. There was a contract, I did sign it. I believe it is always best practice to be up front and ethical with customers and clients when doing business. Hyper auto transport was not in anyway professional, ethical, or trustworthy. Steer clear.
