I’ve just had my second bed delivered & doesn’t work in the way I needed. The to didn’t even see the old bed in action for which I paid) 6K & now )4400 for new bed which looks & feels inferior. They are going to charge me )238 to cover costs of collection of a bed I have not used, despite not seeing a prototype so I tried to argue under distance selling regulations but she was like a robot stating under terms & conditions etc. now got to sleep on floor for 16 days whilst new bed comes. Unless you are extremely unwell or elderly, my fellow disabled community please do not go near this company. The salesmen will tell you what they want u to here. I’m so exhausted & angry & they didn’t even pass complaint email onto manager. I have chronic pain & am facing life with a carer which I don’t want but this company knows that.

I have just got purchased the new bed from the company. I used to have a hospital but I was not able to put up with any longer as it was not big enough to move around in, it always became uncomfortable for me to sleep in any position. Since I have this new bed my sleep pattern has been in proved and I am no longer in any pain and I am gaining a good night's sleep pattern again.. I wish I had bought the bed sooner 👍😀

I bought from what I thought was a reputable company only to have the most expensive of my two chairs not to be working on delivery. Also a few days later found the delivery men had scratched the finish on my back door. This was reported to you and photo taken by man who came to get chair working. Despite numerous calls to you regarding compensation for this you refused to give said compensation leaving me more than a bit disgusted by your customer service. It really knocked my faith in your company with which I had made purchases of two rise over and recline chairs and rise and recline bed to the tune of almost £13,000 pounds. Sorry but it’s not on. Beds delivered, put together and instruction on use all delivered with speed, expertise and sense of humour. Would thoroughly recommend. The beds are extremely comfortable and the adjustable facility makes for a very enjoyable bed experience.

Change of beds was efficient and any mess was all cleared up. New bed is so comfortable.

I was very disappointed with the sales rep after discovering the wrong information was given to me. this resulted in the delivery of the chair being the wrong size and my health was declining rapidly due to another chair having to be made. I was also told that a lifetime warranty and maintenance came with the chair which was untrue. Customer service was excellent at all times I had to contact them. Eventually, I was offered a new chair, which meant I had to wait longer but it was delivered a day earlier than promised. The delivery men were very nice and kind and a credit to the company. Unfortunately the day after delivery on the 3rd of July I was hospitalized because of my leg lymphedema issue and was only discharged on the 3rd of August, thus the reason I was unable to complete this survey until today. Overall I am very pleased with the chair but at 83 years of age, the stress and upset were very difficult for me to deal with especially as I live on my own and was also recovering from a total hip replacement. I must admit that I am now enjoying the comfort of my chair. MEH.

The whole process was simple and stress free. All staff involved were informative and helpful. The bed was delivered and built with no issue.

This company were excellent. Everything was explained and demonstrated about our bed before we gave them our order. The delivery date was earlier than expected. The two gentleman Darren and Paul delivered everything with care and gave us a proper demonstration and gave us the relevant paperwork. We are absolutely delighted with our new bed and so pleased with this company.

I was so happy to get the the Bed I needed so much, and now I'm enjoying my sleep through out the nights. So keep up the good job, even to excel more and more. Thank you for your Service.

Overpriced for what it does, glass in remote easily broken, overkeen to charge for technical problem.

Our beds are comfortable like the massage but my mattress keeps moving have been in touch to get foot plate put on I hope will stop this problem
