Two nice guys delivered my chair, set it up and showed me how to use it. I have had to change a wall mounted telephone to a hands free model, as when the phone rang, it took too long for the footrest to reach zero to enable me to answer the phone. I now keep both my mobile and the handsfree by my side when relaxing. I am also pain free for the first time in ages. Well worth buying.

Good product delivery guys fantastic and went through everything and wouldn’t go until I was happy with controls. Was told I would get a follow up call and visit but not received.

No concerns about anything, service good, installation straight forward and bed very comfy.

Yet again I have been contacted by Adjustamatic to ask if we are still using the bed. My husband died in November 2021 and the company was informed in writing, on the phone and in person to a rep that came to the house. I still get regular phone calls every few months asking the same question, each person claiming to have no knowledge of this. Appalling and very distressing

I get very bad lower back pain when I sleep in this bed. Spend most of my nights sleeping in recliner chair. I've tried every position and it's the same result. Adjustamatic say they will send an engineer when they are next in our area - but no time frame. Worst 6k I've spent so far.

My 25 year old Adjustamatic bed needed a new mattress so I contacted the company and a representative duly arrived (1/7/24). He implied that my bed was so old that a mattress for it was no longer available, then went into overdrive to sell me an electric Ottoman bed, assuring me that he had given me a Premium mattress at a discounted price. I didn't need extra storage space but allowed myself to be persuaded until a few days later when I called to say just that, pointing out that 43" x 4ft of storage space which I didn't need was extremely expensive and that the length, 6ft 3" was too long for the space. Again I was pressured to go ahead. Now I am £3,400 poorer and stuck with a bed which is totally unsuitable for me. I constantly stubb my toes on the end corners of the bed because the space at the end is too narrow, the mattress, which needs to be turned every month, is too heavy for me to even lift to tuck a sheet under let alone turn (I am 89 years old, 5'2", weigh barely 8st and live alone). Also the mattress is a non standard size which makes buying bedding difficult and expensive. The bed was delivered on 31st July, I wrote to Customer Services complaining of the issues on 13th August but have not even received an acknowledgement let alone a reply. One star is more than they deserve in my opinion though the delivery guys were terrific.

There are so many positive features about this chair It is so comfortable that I don't use my bed any more However, I seem to sit on it rather than in it and find it difficult to push myself back into a more comfortable position
