I bought an adjustamatic recliner chair and had a problem with it from the start. It took a whole year for me to get a positive response and get the chair returned to the factory for inspection and repair. I have no complaint with the people who came to the house, they were polite and helpful. I do find customer service sadly lacking I jst hope that now the chair will not get the same problem again.

We bought the ottoman bed with to single mattress. Finally in 8 years I have a complete sleep The SPACE we have to put our bedding away and other items We went to ideal expos not in tenting to bye a bed when wife saw what we been looking for over 2 yrs the bed of our dreams with great discount and superb service we bought it.

The salesman was great. I always gear myself for a hard sale and he was lovely. No pressure, just easy going and no pushing with loads of time pressure etc. the guys who delivered were great and professional and the people who took the old mattress away were also professional. I was kept up to date throughout. The bed is fantastic.

The Salesman did not pressurise me at all and spent a long time getting me what I wanted. I spent £3,800. on a double 4ft. 6in. Henley bed with headboard. I had the mattress all in one, not split as this bed was only for myself. With this bed one can hoover underneath it as with a deep base bed one cannot pull the bed out to clean behind due to the motor. I told Salesman I wanted a soft mattress and must be honest the mattress is very comfortable. I needed Grab Rails to help me in and out of bed and at no extra cost I had Grab Rails fitted that is made for the Henley Bed.

The chairs are extremely comfortable, Enabling me to relax completely and rest my legs, which have become less swollen as a result.

I love my bed I only have a issue with my remote there is no where to hang it when I have used it i have to leave it on floor

We don't find the bed very comfortable but the mattresses will get softer then they will probably be a lot better

Excellent, everything I ordered was there for me. I would have Adjustamatic again, but I don’t think I will need them, everything is there. And I would like to thank the man who put it together, he was one of the nicest men I’ve ever met.

When ordering my adjustamatic chair the gentleman who came to my home was very helpful and friendly iam over the moon with my chair the material is very plush and just the right colour would recommend adjustamatic to everyone who has problems with there mobility or suffer from stiff joints l desided to get the massage including its so restful and it really helps when you are sore all over 10 out of 10 ihope this review helps you with your decision 😀

For 3.5 years I have asked to be deleted from this company’s mailing lists; each time I have been assured this has been actioned and that I will receive no further contact. But today another marketing email arrived. So I shall be filing a formal complaint with Ofcom and the ICO. I suspect that any company so utterly desperate to sell to you, and to break GDPR rules, probably isn’t trustworthy in any other respect. Shameless!

I was initially hesitant about websites that request personal details and send salespeople, but my experience with this company was refreshingly straightforward. There was no aggressive sales pitch; instead, they simply provided clear information about their beds and pricing. I ordered a single bed, which was delivered three weeks later. The two delivery men efficiently transported the bed to my bedroom and set it up for me. Impressively, the mattress was ready to sleep on in just two hours, with no need for the usual 72-hour waiting period. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend both the company and their beds.

Excellent service from home rep who explained everything I was worried about the mattress rep brought a mattress in and it was amazing . The office kept me informed on delivery and offered to remove old bed which was great . The bed is so comfortable me and me partner are sleeping much better I’m not in as much pain getting out of bed now I raise the foot of bed up slightly this helps the swelling I my legs , back of bed when raised gives my back full support if I want to knit or watch tv I’m comfortable . I would recommend the bed and the company after sales are brill very happy customer

I have an Adjustamatic chair. I bought it 3/12/20. It has been looked at approximately 7 times and has even been back to the factory. It is now out of warranty and has completely stopped working. I have written to all 3 directors and not one of them has replied. I had to pay £159 for a call-out and even then I had to chase them for an appointment. This chair is not fit for purpose and the company show no duty of care to it’s customers. I am yet to find out what has gone wrong this time but the entire customer experience with this company is severely lacking. Avoid at all costs - there are plenty more products such as this on the market. Do not buy into the fact that they say it’s the best. Do your research. All they want is your money.

Thank you Adjustamatic!! I did my research before finally choosing your company. Gary, the rep, came and explained everything about the bed and the company and was very patient with all the questions he was asked. The bed was delivered within time and the delivery guys were prompt, efficient, courteous, very mindful of my property (even hoovered the dust up after removing the old bed. I’m disabled and am was recovering from a serious fall (multiple fractures) My heritage classic bed has made such a difference to life. Mornings are a lot less painful because it is so much easier to get out of bed and resting in a comfortable position is amazing!! I found the mattress a bit hard at first but this was remedied with a mattress topper. I would definitely recommend Adjustamatic.

The company were very efficient and friendly and bed arrived on time and installed. I opted for the extras with vibrating head and feet parts and this package was pretty expensive. Bed is very comfortable and Cosy and I have used the vibration at times bit have not felt any benefit yet. Great bed and quality but st a price.

The service I received from adjustamatic wes brilliant. Lee who came to see me was very helpful and didn't put me under any pressure to buy. The company stayed in touch and kept within there time frame for delivery and the delivery men were very good.i am really pleased with my chair and regret not buying one sooner . I would recommend this company and I would use them again.
