United Kingdom | 04 April 2024I've just taken delivery of my second Blenheim - I outgrew the petit chair that I'd had for some years. Ray & John who delivered the new chair were absolutely brilliant. Getting the old chair out and the new chair in proved to be difficult and very arduous but the boys went the extra mile to finish the job.

Chris was so cheerful and helpful, it was then a short wait until my bed arrived, the 2 lovely lads removed my old divan and manfully brought all the components up my rather difficult narrow and twisty staircase, again they were both so cheerful and helpful top marks all around.

United Kingdom | 23 March 2024I looked online for a suitable manufacturer of beds and found the above, I then telephoned and mean appointment for them to come to my property with a view to purchasing an adjustable bed as I have recently been diagnosed with heart disease. I sat in all afternoon waiting for their rep to arrive for my 3.00 p appointment. It was a no show with no courtesy phone call, so I phoned the lady I spoke to the original girl that set up the appointment. No explanation as to what really happened and so after rearranging the said appointment for next week I slept on it and decided to buy elsewhere as clearly these guys couldn't care less. I would avoid dissapointment and go elsewhere!!!!!

United Kingdom | 22 March 2024I needed a new bed anyway, and after being on an hospital bed for many months decided that an adjustable bed would be easier for me. After an issue with the first bed they did a straight swap for another for me, and now I'm fine. It's very good being able to alter the position of the back to get comfortable. Just one problem - not so easy to turn over now - have to get up on one elbow so I don't slip down the bed!

United Kingdom | 21 March 2024It's a wonderful bed, I honestly wish I had bought it 19 years ago. I have had reconstructive surgery for scoliosis and have never found a comfortable bed until now. I wake up pain free and that's a miracle. I can't recommend this bed highly enough.

We were kept well-informed and delivery was as indicated The delivery guys were very obliging and overcame a difficult access and positioned the chair to suit my wife. They ensured that all was to our liking and explained its functions using the remote control. Nice guys.

We felt afterwards there were a few things we could have been made aware of before ordering the chair eg that even the petite size was still going to be large for my mum (4ft 8 ins!) but we still would have gone ahead. The chair is very well made and a nice piece of furniture.

He ensured I was going to get the correct recliner chair for my needs, & left me satisfied with the choices made. Ian also secured a good discount for me,& I could tell he wanted the best for me. Luckily I paid by credit card, so if I don't hear back soon I will be asking my bank to reverse the charge. Update: Following this review I was contacted and asked to send the unit back for inspection and repair, which I did. I'm happy to report that the unit arrived back today and appears to be working correctly.

United Kingdom | 05 March 2024This is the best bed my mum has ever had. From the point of me first making contact with Adjustamatic, the service has been incredible. A lady on the phone was extremely polite, the salesman was lovely and not pushy…I’m guessing the beds sell themselves! The two men who delivered and installed the bed were also great. They didn’t leave until we fully satisfied and understood the controls. 5 star service throughout.

United Kingdom | 04 March 2024The whole thing from rep coming to the house and the men delivering the bed was brilliant the bed I love and is great as I have Arthritis so I don’t have to bend to put fitted sheets on I would really recommend this it’s pricey but worth every penny

United Kingdom | 18 February 2024I have ordered 2 riser recliner chairs and matching 2 seater sofa,yet disappointed with the settee.It does not align with the creases,also one side of the settee has tight padding and other side has soft padding.The top of the settee where your head supposed to be resting,have one side protruding and other half not same.Tried to call customer service over 15 times ,yet no one answer your calls.Left several messages to no avail.Finally someone answered my call .The engineer came and took photo of it and assured that we can send someone by the weekend yo repair it .Tried to call them over 10 times,yet no answers,left 3 messages instead.Left messages to the sales man who visited me,yet no update.Got call from the female staff stating she will contact me once the engineer report she has from him.She actually told me that there is nothing wrong with my settee.I paid over £6000.00 pound and in process of taking legal action against the company as their customer service is awful.No one answers you call at all.My settee is not fit for the purpose as their sales man was only after the sale and gave all assurance,which never materialised.He wouldn't ring either.What a lousy company who is taking advantage of elderly disabled people and tell you that nothing wrong with your settee?.

United States | 14 February 2024A face-to-face appointment had to be cancelled but the person concerned spent over 30 mins. talking me through the pros & cons of the item I was thinking of buying. This item was a mattress for an adjustable bed. The delivery men were polite, professional and didn't waste time. The mattress itself is very comfortable but needs time to bed in to the shape of the bed adjustment.
