I had a issue with the courier service , Robert was amazing ,with communication on how things where going Finally after getting my parcel returned to company then reposting via Australia Post I had my parcel in 6 days including day posted and the weekend

Was delivered undertime so that's a bonus... the cover is great... but... I thought there could be a better way of fixing the cover to the center console... a bit rudimentary with just elastic webbing... I find that the item is not really tailored to the console but more a generic fit... still ... in saying all of the above... its great... and I wished I had purchased earlier... Thanks for offering a good solution.

EASY ORDERING CORECT DESCRIPTION VERY PROMPT

Purchased camper trailer cover Feb 22 which was advertised as being 'Designed and manufactured to shield your valuable investment from Australia's harsh climate', and came with a 3yr warranty. After 12mths it started to break down, and after 18mths it would disintegrate when touched. Requested replacement within warranty period but claim denied as product not fitted correctly. Issue of material disintegrating not addressed. This product does not do what it is advertised to do and will not last 3yrs.

Boot mat incorrect size for model in description. Waiting on correspondence about me having to pay for postage to return item. Was told it should mould to my cars shape.... Pretty hard when it's too long and not wide enough.
