Didn’t buy anything so not sure why you are asking

Ordered boot liner from this company, and received the wrong product. Asked them to replace with the correct one - had to pay for the shipment back and after a week of the complete ignore, I receive the email that they've processed the refund [no shipments costs included]. When I called them and asked why no options were provided and if they can do a custom liner [#1 company for custom fitting as per their website] they said sorry but we can't help you with anything. I've pointed again on what it says on their website that they are the top in the custom fitting, and he gave me the eta of 6 months at the best. Total disappointment, not gonna use this company again, and will never recommend.

Holes in the wrong spot, too small for seat, straps just pull off, does not go over full seat base, head rests don’t fit

The seat covers for my prado didn't fit well. Was designed quite poorly. The drivers side seat cover had two hard velcros instead of one hard and one soft. Like how do you even mess that up when you charge customers $170. So couldn't even use those velcros to secure it. I wish I hadn't spent money at this store. A waste of 170 bucks.

A warning to others. I spent $600 on two hail covers for my car, both covers literally fell apart on the cars and are now Landfill !!! I wouldn't use this company again if they were the last store in the country! Look at other reviews regarding their supposed "CUSTOM made" seat covers. Many people have left bad reviews Of Motoquipe. after buying and finding very poor quality! Save your hard earned money, there are plenty of good retailers to buy car gear from, read the reviews and avoid Motoquip. I wish I had, I now buy from a reputable company that supplies good quality parts at a fair price

Great products. This is the 3rd vehicle in a row that I have fit out with dash and floor mats from Motoquipe.

Deal with Motoquipe at your peril and pray you don’t need “customer support”. Long story short, I ordered floor mats for my ’23 Passat and the ones they sent were incompatible. They first tried to tell me that this was somehow my fault and that my literally 2 week old factory standard vehicle had an aftermarket modification, which of course it hadn’t. They eventually confirmed with a VW dealer that my vehicle was standard, I had to wait for this to happen as they didn't trust me or the pics I sent them, (attached here). Their product knowledge is not the best. They had me return the mats and my own expense and refused to refund the postage even though they assured me they would. After countless emails back and forth my “ticket” was simply closed. To make matters far, far worse the manager refuses to enter in to any dialogue whatsoever with the customer, you are forced to relay messages through a warehouse worker. This is totally unacceptable. I am astonished that a company can treat their customers in this fashion and I will never ever deal with Motoquipe again. So tread carefully, you have been warned!!
