I purchased set of car floor mats, which were reasonable in their presentation were also quite thin and nil backing to them, such that I expect they will not be very durable. Would have been more satisfied if the mats had been made from better quality materials to enhance durability.

It is unclear if Motoquipe attempted to scam us when they claimed to have only one of the two air filters we paid for, and then issued a new invoice demanding three times the advertised price to complete our order. We manage two vessels in Tasmanian waters and needed the filters urgently. Despite paying for both filters and delivery, they failed to arrive after two weeks. Ringing Motoquipe, they said they had only one filter in stock at the advertised price and offered the second filter at over three times the original price. Obviously, they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, as evidenced by their lack of interest in fulfilling our paid order. We advise caution when dealing with this company. Motoquipe will respond that their system allow us to over order and say they tried to contact us. But the truth is no emails were received, nor phone calls recorded from Motoquipe. If their system "allowed" us to over order, why not honour that commitment, and win customer loyalty, instead of wasting their paid employee's time arguing with us. So much fuss for a few dollars. Buyers beware.
