I had to get a local trade to make magnets to replace those that were faulty in my new $700 carsule so that I could use it for a planned holiday as Motoquipe could not arrange replacement. It took weeks for this current order of spare parts to be filled. I would not recommend Motoquipe. the service I have received has not been good.

It’s good that Motoquipe have good stock of spares for the Carsule. I would have liked an acknowledgment of my online order - the parts were ferociously expensive and I became anxious that my order had got lost in the system.

Good product after installed. I found the installation instructions too brief, with the way to secure the straps underneath the seats unclear.

I have purchased a cargo mat. And I realized that I have bought a wrong one. I ordered I the afternoon and I send the changing request the same day night, and the other day customer service called me it has been shipped, so efficient I have to send it back to them and I have to pay the shipping for $20, frustrating!
