Failed to honour online advertised price, failed to honour extra $10 off for leaving email address and joining online marketing mailing list. Online offer not updated. Email communication failed to advise previous stock sold in “clearance sale’ and thus new stock $250 more expensive. Compromised by paying $80 more than was the original advertised price. Delivery was timely.

Although there was a hiccup with Paying via PayPal, I believe my issues were addressed very professionally and courteously and the service and product are as I desired.
