Do not deal with this company.We purchased a product from them using the registered month/year of the vehicle only to find it doesn't suit our vehicle. They now want a 55% restocking fee.Surely a simple exchange with us paying the return courier,but no they are saying g it was "custom made", yet both Australian &NZ websites say its instock. Jordan from customer service is not interested in repeat business or customer service let alone word of mouth recommendations.
