They were changing systems and delayed my order. Subsequently sorted and all good. Quality product.

Payment is made in full and the time frame for the product to be received is lengthy.

The carseat covers were definitely better quality than some of the cheaper options, but difficult to install (with insufficient instructions) and two of the ties have since snapped underneath the seats. Also, the middle seat cover isn't big enough to cover the whole seat, and the front headrest cover isn't big enough for the velcro straps to affix properly.
