Response was a little slow to emails, did update me after a couple of emails that they had no stock and were waiting, then the service was OK. Their systems should have been able to advise of stock issues when I was placing the order.

Although the car seat covers are advertised as compatible for my car (Subaru XV), it’s not a neat fit. The covers are quite loose and can’t be fastened underneath the seats according the instructions. The headrest covers in particular are the wrong size and shape. Would not recommend, and would not have purchased if I realised how ill-fitting they would be.

The seat cover we purchased was great quality and good fit. Customer was happy.
