Bought a stereo from these guys gets msg from DPD saying will deliver following day, thought wow amazing service, take time off work for delivery to never turn up. Contact DPD who state they still haven’t received parcel contacted on phone no end of times to no answer. When I finally get through find out item hasn’t been sent. Came day after thank god. After arranging for auto electrician to come find out wrong wiring loom. Email sent through website as couldn’t get hold on phone. Still 3 days later no one replying. Horrendous service had to buy cable from elsewhere. Stay away lousy company so disappointed.

Very fast delivery. No damage to the parcel, all items included. A bit more instrunctions would have made the assembly faster, but very good overall.

No instructions on how to fit the unit properly No screws to hold the unit on the fascia The fascia clips was slightly out of line When you get around them the it’s not to bad but the unit push’s to one side as you can’t line it up properly when spending over 300 you would think it would be great quality

Actual radio unit is great. The fascia for the 2007 Honda civic did not fit. Had to saw part of the car off. But I'm not a professional installer, maybe I did something stupid. Anyways got it in in the end. Had to splice the park cable with earth to get into android auto. But now its all set up I'm quite happy, the fascia only protrudes slightly but it's secure. Delivery was quick and instructions were mostly clear.

Fast delivery, great product but I'm not here to review the products. My experience: - Looks like another drop shipping website/service, no product reviews on website, muddy T&Cs, not compliant with the law ('Please note: When you notify us of a defect past the 3-day designated time limit, we cannot accept a return under our faults & damages policy.') - POOR instructions, almost nothing but piece of paper with general instructions and little, unreadable pictures, I spent few hours for the first time, now, I know I would spend probably one hour if I knew some things better. I also accidentally broke the element, because there was NO instruction in what order you need to do some steps. Luckily the broken element is not visible and I have some DIY skills but still. I am happy with the purchase in general but I would think again before I advise it to anyone else not experienced in automotive DIY.
