I inadvertently signed up for All You Can Books without realising I was committing myself to monthly payments. I think I had to put in credit card details just to view their library. Very soon after I became seriously ill for several months. Nine months later I discovered I had paid out a total of $180. I did not download any books. I did not use this service in any way. I explained this to All You Can Books, hoping for a refund, or at least a partial refund, as a gesture of goodwill. NOTHING has been refunded. They may well provide a good audio book service, but their compassion and customer service are non-existent.

This company stole money from me and they refuse to refund it because of their "terms and conditions." I never used their service even once, which they can absolutely see on their end, and attempted to cancel it immediately during my "free" trial after I saw bad reviews online. To my knowledge, it was canceled and I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Fast forward to a few weeks later -- I should have made them give me proof in writing of this cancellation request, because now they are saying they will not refund me for this unauthorized charge for a completely unused service, which I had a full conversation about over the phone. Now I have to order a new credit card because I do not trust them with my card information. Go elsewhere for your books, it's not worth it. I'm just thankful it was only $20 before they could take more, as I have seen other reviews where thousands have been taken from people's accounts. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM

I just discovered this audio book site! I love listening to books. I can listen to a whole book in a day where as if I read them it would take me a lot longer. I am so excited to get to download and listen and re-listen anytime I want!

The original email ended up in my junk folder, so I had to pay the $19.99 for another month. Since they advertised the a person could keep the books, I proceeded to select a number of them. I recently went to listen to them, only to discover that I was unable to do so. I could neither download nor stream them. Nor could I log into the website.
