STAY AWAY! Free Trial is a scam. There is nowhere on the website to cancel and when you email them to cancel within the 30 day trial window, they don't respond until after the charge is applied for membership. Instead they simply reply without reading your email specifically stating there is no cancellation online and requesting the cancellation via email.

So easy and having a free trial is what really attracted me to this

Horrible experience. There’s no way to cancel your membership. I’ve emailed them now 5 times. Each time I get a response I can cancel it in my account online. There is absolutely no place on the site, in my account or otherwise, where I can cancel.

Shady company. No communication about trial period coming to an end. In fact no emails of any sort. I never used the site and now realise they've been charging me for months. They will not refund me at all for this. Scammers

Very bad service. They made me pay for services I did not use. They do not care if you did read any of their books or downloaded it! They took my last money for grocery at varsity for books that do not help me academically. I do not recommend very bad !!!!

this is scam there is no way to cancel your subscription i have been emailing them from the minute I have registered there is no reply you can not log in before you put the credit details and they take the money straight away and no way to claim
